My name is Shaelah Perales and I paint to be a herald of hope in this world. I am inspired to create images that embody the same love, joy, peace, and HOPE that I see when Heaven touches this broken earth. On the back of each piece is scrawled a blessing of life and love to carry into my collectors’ lives and explain some of the Heavenly mysteries held within each piece.

The motifs of vertical lines and drops represent heaven pouring down to give life to all, frequent diagonals and trailing flowers convey Heaven moving to Earth, and luxuriously thick, impasto textures proclaim the promise of heavenly abundance.
